LEASE FINANCING
This offer credit facility to borrower that needs assets such as vehicle, truck, car, furniture, machine, equipment for the purpose of deploying it as resources. Obligor is expected to provide 30% of the cost of the asset while the bank is to make an equity contribution of 70%. The two parties shall enjoy joint ownership and this shall cease upon full and final payment on the part of the lessee.
